You choose a language for each chat, so one group can be your Spanish and another your Japanese.

You chat with friends as you normally would, in your own language. You pick a language to learn and add words to that chat’s vocabulary. From then on, those words are swapped into everyone’s messages automatically. Tap any swapped word to see the original and hear it pronounced. As your vocabulary grows, more of each message arrives in the language you are learning.
Tap a word inside any message and Tokki looks up the translation for you. Tap a second word to take the whole phrase. You confirm which language each side is in — and flip it if the guess is backwards — and the word joins the chat’s vocabulary.
No. You can join a public topic group and talk with other people learning the same language. Tokki works with a partner, a group of friends, or on your own in a public group.
