Tokki Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, registering for, or using Tokki ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service, which also serve as the End User License Agreement ("EULA") between you and Tokki. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Tokki is a messaging application designed for language learning. Users can chat with friends, add vocabulary words, and see learned words automatically replaced in messages.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use Tokki. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Acceptable Use & Zero-Tolerance Policy

Tokki has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. By using the App you agree not to:

• Post, send, or share content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, pornographic, or that incites violence;
• Bully, intimidate, abuse, or harass other users;
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in phishing;
• Share illegal, harmful, or offensive content, or content that promotes illegal activity;
• Impersonate others, create fake accounts, or share another person's personal information without consent;
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data, or reverse engineer the App;
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our consent.

Violations result in immediate removal of the offending content and may result in permanent suspension or termination of the responsible account.

5. User Content, Reporting & Moderation

You are solely responsible for the content you post and retain ownership of the messages and vocabulary you create. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your content solely to operate the service. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without prior notice.

• Users can report or flag objectionable content and abusive behavior directly within the App (press and hold a message, then choose "Report").
• Users can block abusive users to immediately stop further contact.
• All reports are reviewed within 24 hours; violating content is removed and offending users may be suspended or permanently banned.

6. Intellectual Property

The Tokki name, logo, and app design are our intellectual property. The word-replacement engine and all associated technology are proprietary.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that translations will be accurate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
